SaDiVino Merlot IGT is an accessible red wine with a medium-intensity ruby colour and lively reflections. The nose shows ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with light plum notes and herbal hints.
On the palate it is soft, medium-bodied and balanced, with gentle, well-rounded tannins and a clean mid-palate. The finish is pleasant and persistent without aggressiveness.
It pairs easily with everyday dishes such as cured meats, pasta with sauce, roast white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 C, opening a few minutes before serving if preferred.
