A Chianti Colli Senesi red wine from Tenuta Casabianca, certified organic and vegan. Sangiovese is the predominant grape. It has an intense ruby colour, with aromas of cherry, strawberry, violet and light spice. On the palate it is well structured and balanced, with pleasant acidity, soft but present tannins and vanilla and subtle oak from barrel ageing. It suits red meat, game and aged cheeses.
