Chiaretto Classico Riviera del Garda DOC Roseri Valtènesi - Cà Maiol

A light, ready-to-drink chiaretto from the Garda shore. It is pale pink with salmon reflections, with light red fruit and floral notes recalling rose and violet, followed by fresh citrus zest and a slight herbaceous accent. On the palate it is slender, supported by lively acidity and a cleansing savouriness, with a light body, fruit-centred persistence and a slightly mineral finish. Tannins are absent or imperceptible. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with summer dishes such as seafood salads, grilled fish and delicate cured meats.
