This Chichibu is a Japanese whisky from a single first fill bourbon cask, released as the Traveller Edition 2024, Tokyo to Paris, in tandem with Whisky Live Paris 2024. Only 204 bottles were filled, each a 70cl bottle.
Chichibu is a distillery in Saitama Prefecture, established in 2007, which began production in 2008. It is operated by Venture Whisky, the company Ichiro Akuto founded in 2004, and his grandfather owned the Hanyu distillery.
