Chief's Son 900 Pure Malt is an Australian malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 60% ABV. It is drawn from the same 900 Pure Malt barrels as the 45% version of the whisky.
It is Madeira in colour, with brilliant clarity. The nose has boiled sweets and banana lollies, warm apricot jam, dried mango, soft oak and almonds. On the palate it is deep toffee malt with crisp alcohol and intense lolly sweetness alongside dried fruit. The finish is long and clean, with soft spice and powerful malt.
