Chiopris Friulano Tocai from Aziende Agricole Livon, from Friuli Venezia Giulia. Made from Friulano, traditionally known as Tocai Friulano, it expresses a fine and complex aromatic character linked to its territory. Ageing usually includes a short time on fine lees, adding softness and volume on the palate. Bright straw yellow, it shows intense aromas of field flowers, bitter almond and delicate herbaceous notes, fading into mineral hints. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and savoury, with a pleasantly persistent finish. It pairs with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
