Chiopris Pinot Grigio - Aziende Agricole Livon

A Pinot Grigio from Friuli Venezia Giulia, grown in the Chiopris area. It is aged in steel to preserve freshness and minerality. In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow colour, with aromas of Golden apple, pear and light floral notes. The palate has pleasant savouriness, a soft texture and lively acidity, with long persistence. It suits light starters, grilled fish or vegetable dishes.
