Chivas Regal 18 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose opens with citrus, mainly orange peel, then apple, pear and a firm note of oak, leading to cinnamon, clove and soft vanilla toffee. The palate is medium in body, with fruity marmalade, a bitter touch of dark chocolate and a small hint of oak.
The finish is longer and well balanced, spicy with a light dryness, closing on a pleasant smokiness.
