Chivas Regal XV is a 15 year old blended Scotch whisky, introduced in 2018 and sold in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is finished in casks that previously held Grande Champagne Cognac, which brings vibrant fruit and rich oak forward.
The nose is powerful orange and peach with juicy barley. Butterscotch, red apple and caraway show on the palate, with a touch of grain sweetness behind. The finish carries heavy vanilla and pear.
