Ciavolich Divus Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP

Ciavolich Divus is a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP red wine. The grapes are selected and harvested at full ripeness, then macerated at controlled temperature to extract intense colour and robust tannins, followed by malolactic fermentation. It has a deep ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose offers ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, black pepper and a light touch of dark chocolate. On the palate it is full and enveloping, with balanced tannins and a long, persistent finish. It pairs with red meat, game and aged cheeses, served at about 18°C.
