Cococciola Colline Pescaresi IGP Ciavolich

A white wine from Abruzzo made from the native Cococciola grape. Ciavolich, whose roots go back to 1853, uses modern winemaking methods while remaining faithful to tradition. The wine shows delicate but complex aromas of white fruit such as apple and pear, white flowers and a light mineral note. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly acidic, with a medium-light body and harmonious balance. It pairs well with delicate fish dishes, light starters and vegetable dishes, and works as an aperitif.
