A rosé from Ippolito, made under the Cirò DOC and sold as Mabilia.
It has a clear, luminous powder-pink colour. The nose brings ripe small red fruits, fresh flowers and light citrus notes. On the palate it balances freshness and savouriness, with fruit that is present but not intrusive, acidity supporting the structure and a smooth finish.
Serve around 10-12 C in not too wide glasses. It suits seafood antipasti, composed salads, light fish dishes, fresh cheeses and delicate cured meats, and is best enjoyed in the first years after production.
