Coachbuilt Build No1 is the inaugural release of a blended malt Scotch whisky, created by founder and CEO George Koutsakis with brand ambassador Jenson Button. The brand draws a link between blending and the craft of coachbuilding.
It combines whiskies from five regions of Scotland, which are matured in ex-sherry oak casks for a marrying period before bottling at 46% ABV.
The palate is full bodied, with summer fruit and subtle spice, then toffee and a touch of citrus. The finish is long and soft, with fruit, toffee and a hint of smoke.
