It has a bright straw-yellow colour and a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, green apple and delicate mineral notes reflecting the volcanic soil. Ageing in steel preserves freshness and the grape's bright acidity, giving a pleasant structure and elegant persistence. It is suggested with fish dishes, light preparations and fresh cheeses.
