A Ciliegiolo from the Colli Amerini area, made for everyday drinking with its own personality. The nose brings ripe cherry and small red fruits, with light notes of Mediterranean scrub and fresh earth. On the palate it is medium-bodied, supported by lively freshness and fine tannins, giving a pleasantly smooth texture; the drinking remains agile but consistent. The finish returns the fruit with a slight savouriness that invites another sip. It suits grilled white meats, farmyard ragù, rustic soups and fresh or semi-aged cheeses.
