A medium-bodied red from Umbria. It shows a ruby colour, with immediate aromas of ripe red fruit, earthy hints and light spice. The palate is balanced, with freshness supporting the fruit and savoury but well-integrated tannins, giving a smooth, easy-drinking style with discreet persistence. It suits rustic, convivial dishes such as grilled meats, traditional ragù and medium-aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 °C.
