A white wine made exclusively from Ribolla Gialla grapes from calcareous-marl soils in the Collio area of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Careful ageing in steel preserves the aromatic purity of the grape.
On the nose it opens with white flowers, green apple and a light mineral note. On the palate it has vibrant acidity and a pleasant savoury vein, with a slender but well-defined structure.
It suits delicate fish dishes, shellfish and vegetable-based starters, and is a fine ambassador of the Collio.
