Friulano DOP Isonzo del Friuli - Colmello di Grotta

A white wine from Colmello di Grotta, made from Friulano grapes grown in the Isonzo area. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour, with intense aromas of white flowers, fresh almonds and a delicate herbaceous note. The palate has pleasant sapidity and harmonious freshness, supported by a soft structure and a slightly bitter finish. Ageing takes place in steel to preserve freshness and primary aromas. It suits an aperitif, fish dishes, white meats and lightly aged cheeses.
