Colomba Bianca Syrah Terre Siciliane IGP is a Mediterranean red wine with a ruby colour. The nose shows ripe red and black fruit, blackberry, cherry and small fruits, with black pepper, light vanilla and a floral note reminiscent of violet. On the palate it has a medium-full structure, present but generally soft tannins, good sapidity and a pleasant, direct balance. It pairs with meat dishes, cured meats, semi-aged cheeses, tomato-based dishes and grilled food, and is suited to informal evenings. Serve around 16-18 C, opening the bottle a few minutes beforehand.
