A Mediterranean white wine made from Grillo grapes and guaranteed by the Sicilia DOC. It is pale straw in colour, with a fragrant, linear nose of ripe citrus, white flowers and light herbaceous notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant, supported by balanced acidity and discreet savouriness, with a clean finish of good persistence. It suits an aperitif, fish, shellfish, Mediterranean starters, fresh cheeses and light vegetable dishes. Serve well chilled, around 8-10 °C.
