A transparent ruby Pinot Nero of medium intensity. The nose is fine and restrained, with fresh red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, light floral notes recalling violet and a hint of undergrowth. The palate is slender, with lively acidity supporting the fruity flavours, soft tannins and a linear progression. It suits white meats, mushroom dishes, creamy risottos, lightly cured salumi and soft cheeses, and can be served slightly cool in wide glasses.
