Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Small Batch Straight Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey Bottled In Bond (75cl)

A small batch straight Kentucky bourbon, bottled in bond and sold in a 750ml bottle. It is named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., who bought the O.F.C. Distillery at the close of the Civil War. The bourbon is made by hand and aged in century-old warehouses built by Taylor himself. Barrels are chosen and combined to create the final blend. It tastes of caramel corn sweetness with butterscotch and liquorice. The aftertaste is soft in the mouth and turns to gentle pepper and tobacco spice.
