Colonel E.H. Taylor Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

Colonel E.H. Taylor Single Barrel is a bourbon bottled at 50% in a 750ml bottle. The bottle is shaped after the original design Colonel Taylor used more than a century ago. The nose has lightly toasted oak, dried figs and butterscotch. On the palate, sweetness is balanced by tobacco and dark spices, and the finish is just long enough to invite another sip.
