Colonel E.H. Taylor Single Barrel (50%)

This is a single barrel bourbon bottled in bond at 100 proof (50%). Each barrel is hand-picked, and the bottling is named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. Taylor purchased what is now Buffalo Trace Distillery and campaigned for the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Many of the barrels chosen for this release are aged in Warehouse C, which he built in 1881.
