Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch (50%)

Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch is a bourbon from Buffalo Trace, which distils on the Kentucky River. It is the flagship bottle of the E.H. Taylor range, named after the Colonel who took charge at the distillery in 1870 and put his name on the bottle. It is bottled at 100 proof (50%). The brand's signature flavours of caramel, sweetness and spice run through it. Layers of vanilla and cocoa sit with a distinctly oaky undercurrent.
