Compass Box Celestial (70cl)

Compass Box Celestial is a limited-edition blended malt Scotch whisky, released in 2023 in a 70cl bottle. It pays homage to the heavy, peated style of classic whiskies from eras past, blending single malts from distilleries such as Caol Ila and Ardbeg with older Highland malts. It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring. The nose is maritime peat smoke, dried fruits, toasted oak, heather honey and subtle iodine. The palate brings smouldering campfire, dark cocoa, cooked stone fruits, sweet malt and baking spices. The finish is long and warm, with soft peat, drying oak tannins and gentle fruit sweetness.
