Compass Box Chez Lion Bespoke Release Blended Malt (70cl, 46%)

Chez Lion Bespoke Release is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Compass Box, created in collaboration with the bar figure Jörg Meyer and composed in London. It is an edition of 1,710 bottles, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colour. The blend brings together Linkwood, Cameronbridge and The Spice Tree, matured in sherry, bourbon and Moscatel casks. It was made with demanding cocktails in mind. The nose is rich with nuts and ripe fruit and a subtle spiciness. On the palate, creamy cocoa meets oak and sweet notes. The finish is long and spicy, with a light touch of sherry.
