Compass Box Juveniles is a blended malt Scotch whisky in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. It is a collaboration between the blender Compass Box and the Paris wine bar Juveniles Bistrot à Vins, made to celebrate friendship.
The blend contains whisky from Strathmill, Balmenach, Clynelish and Glendullan, matured in refill hogsheads, re-charred hogsheads, and both first-fill and refill sherry butts.
The nose is zesty and crisp with sugary notes. The palate brings creamy vanilla, barley sugar and pear drop over a herbal layer, and the finish sets sweet and herbal notes against each other.
