Compass Box LMDW Artist #11 Pentalogy Wisdom is a limited-edition blended Scotch whisky, made by Compass Box for La Maison du Whisky's Artist #11 Pentalogy collection. It is bottled at 50.1% ABV, and only 654 bottles were filled. The label carries artwork by Charlotte Massip.
The blend is mainly Highland blended malt whisky, with two vintages of Lowland single grain whisky and a small proportion of blended Scotch.
The nose is typically described as dried apricot, lime blossom honey, praline, toffee and orange zest, with dark chocolate, peppermint, beeswax, lavender and violet. The palate brings toffee, quince jelly, chestnut and sweet citrus, then cinnamon, ginger and liquorice. The finish is long, with raspberry, strawberry, rosemary, pistachio and verbena.
