Compass Box Nectarosity (70cl, 46%)

Nectarosity is a blended Scotch whisky from Compass Box, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It combines spirit from Linkwood, Cameronbridge, Girvan, Clynelish and Balmenach, and was designed to taste like a pastry. The nose has frangipane, croissant, pineapple, cinnamon and apricot yoghurt. On the palate, layers of fruit lead with peach, nectarine, poached pear and tropical pineapple. The finish fades gently through tropical fruit, warm pastries and marzipan.
