The Spice Tree is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Compass Box. It was first made with an unconventional method of oak ageing, and later brought back in a new form.
The current version is matured in a custom-made hybrid cask, developed with coopers in France and Scotland. It uses French oak for the heads and American oak for the bodies.
The whisky is rich and intense, with baking spices and toasty oak accents layered over the underlying distillery character.
