An Etna Rosso DOC from Animaetnea, made from native grapes grown on the slopes of Etna. It shows a bright ruby red colour. The nose carries ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with mineral and spicy notes typical of Etna's volcanic soils, plus aromatic herbs and a hint of undergrowth. On the palate it is balanced and enveloping, with silky tannins and freshness. The winery uses natural winemaking practices to preserve the integrity and authenticity of the grapes.
