Cooper's Choice 2010 Teaninich 11 Years Old is a Highland single malt from cask 707329, bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Company in its Cooper's Choice range at a cask strength of 54%.
It was distilled in April 2010 and bottled in January 2021. The whisky matured in American oak, then received a finish in a Beaumes-de-Venise sweet wine cask, which held a Muscat dessert wine from the southern Rhône valley. Just 300 bottles were filled.
The nose shows sweet citrus, honeydew melon and floral coconut. The palate is malty, with fermented fruit, raisins and candied citrus. The finish is long, with toffee, candied orange peel and oily barley.
