Copper Tear Cattle Drive is a bourbon from the United States with a distinctly barbecue-led character. On the nose there is applewood and mesquite-smoked brisket, along with brown sugar and vanilla.
On the palate, vanilla, caramel and sweet oak arrive first, and then salty, smoky grilled meat builds towards the back. The finish is medium to short, with the sweeter flavours carrying through.
