Coppercraft Straight Rye Whiskey is a Michigan rye in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of rye barrels distilled at Coppercraft and sourced elsewhere, all at least two years old.
On the palate it opens with hints of cocoa and malt, then moves to a peppercorn spice that is distinctly rye.
