Core Campania Bianco IGT - Montevetrano

A white wine from Montevetrano in Campania. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour and a bouquet of white flowers, citrus and delicate white-fleshed fruit. The palate is balanced, with fresh acidity and pleasant sapidity supporting good body; the structure stays vertical without heaviness, and a tension lengthens the finish. It is a versatile white, suited to an aperitif or to seafood, grilled fish, vegetables and fresh cheeses, and it also works with more composed pairings. Serve around 10-12 °C.
