A red wine from the Valpantena area, produced by Costa Arènte mainly from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. The grapes undergo light drying before fermentation, then the wine matures in oak barriques. It shows ripe cherry, plum, tobacco and dark chocolate, with a robust yet harmonious structure, well-integrated tannins and notable persistence. It suits rich meat dishes, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
