Côtes du Jura AOC Chardonnay from Marcel Cabelier is a white wine from the Jura region of France. It has a bright golden-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose shows green apple, citrus, white flowers and flinty mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh, with high acidity, fruit, walnut and butter notes, and a long, persistent finish with a light savouriness. It suits fish, poultry and fresh or aged cheeses.
