Crémant du Jura Esprit Chard - Marcel Cabelier

A Crémant du Jura from Marcel Cabelier, presenting a bright straw colour and fine perlage. The nose offers delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and a hint of bread crust, in a fresh and smooth whole. The structure is contained but present, favouring drinkability and clean taste. It works as an aperitif and with light starters, delicate fish dishes, fresh or soft cheeses, crustaceans and delicate rice preparations. Serve well chilled, around 6 to 8 °C, in flutes or tulip glasses.
