Creag Dhu – Oloroso Sherry Cask Matured Speyside Single Malt (70cl)

Creag Dhu is a Speyside single malt matured in Oloroso sherry casks, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is non-peated, so the sweetness of the malt and the character of the Oloroso casks come forward. It offers date and walnut cake, spicy caramel, toffee apple and rich malt, with the sherry adding gentle dried fruit and warming spice. A contribution from the bottler on every bottle goes towards the restoration and preservation of Scotland's peatlands.
