This is a cask strength straight bourbon, bottled at 53.2% in a 75cl bottle. It is a small-batch bourbon made by master distiller Jim Rutledge.
The nose offers caramel, toasted oak and dark chocolate, with touches of vanilla and spice. On the palate there is dried fruit, toffee and a little cinnamon, with a smooth, velvety texture. The finish is long.
