A sparkling wine from Arthur Metz, made in Alsace from grapes selected from schist-rich soils.
It is made by the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle. Straw-yellow with golden reflections and persistent bubbles, it smells of fresh citrus, green apple, white flowers, hazelnut and bread crust. The palate is fresh and lively, with balanced acidity and a long, mineral finish.
Serve at 8-10°C with light starters, seafood or poultry dishes. It comes in a tube.
