Crémant d'Alsace Brut - Domaine Neumeyer

A sparkling wine from Alsace, made by the traditional method. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose brings fresh citrus, green apple and light floral notes, followed by a touch of yeast and toasted bread. On the palate it is fresh, with a balance between acidity and body, fruity aromas and a delicate creaminess leading to a long, satisfying finish. It suits an aperitif, or delicate fish and seafood dishes.
