Pinot Nero Schaefferstein Domaine Neumeyer

A Pinot Noir from Domaine Neumeyer, from the Schaefferstein area of Alsace. Grown on mineral-rich soils, it has an harmonious structure with soft tannins and vibrant freshness. Traditional ageing gives delicate notes of small red fruits, cherry and subtle floral hints, with light spicy nuances. On the palate it is enveloping and persistent, suited to white meat, mushrooms or delicate cheeses.
