Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut - Borgogna Jaffelin

A rosé sparkling wine from Borgogna Jaffelin, made mainly from Pinot Noir and produced by the traditional method. After a long second fermentation in bottle and ageing on the lees, it develops aromatic complexity and a fine, delicate structure. The nose shows small red fruits such as wild strawberries and raspberries, with light floral notes and fresh minerality. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with balanced acidity. It works as an aperitif or with fish, delicate shellfish and fresh cheeses.
