This Pinot Noir comes from Burgundy and is made by Borgogna Jaffelin. It has a delicate ruby colour.
The nose offers red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with subtle spice and a touch of wet earth. On the palate it is balanced, with soft tannins and well-integrated acidity. Ageing in French oak barriques adds light vanilla and toasted notes. It pairs with delicate meats such as duck and rabbit, soft cheeses and mushroom dishes.
