D.R.K.N.S.S. Batch 2 is a Highland single malt in which sherry cask maturation takes centre stage. Asta Morris bottled it at 46% in 70cl bottles, in a numbered batch of 601. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The richly illustrated label shows a dense world of faces and fantastical figures.
The nose combines dried fruit, fine spices and woodland notes, with red fruits, apple pastry, malt sugar and almond pastry. The palate is nutty with a gentle sweetness, and the medium-length finish ends sweet with a light tingle.
