Dailuaine 16 Years Old is a Scotch single malt from the Flora and Fauna series.
The sherry character is clear from the first nose, where dried fruits and spices come through. On the palate it keeps to the same line, with dark chocolate and nuts filling out the flavour.
The finish is both long and lingering, and it stays on the palate.
