This Dalmore is a 12-year-old Highland single malt, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. The spice of Oloroso sherry shapes the palate.
The nose offers ripe orange and creamy vanilla, with light cinnamon and dark chocolate. On the palate, dark chocolate meets Oloroso spice and fine oak, with vanilla and orange in support. The finish is long, with roasted coffee and bitter chocolate fading slowly to a dry oak note.
