This is a 12-year-old Dalmore from 2014, a single cask bottled by Signatory Vintage in its Dragon Series. It matured in a first-fill sherry butt, cask 7, and was bottled at a cask strength of 54.1% ABV, with natural colour and without chill-filtering. The outturn is 678 bottles.
On the nose, ripe cherries and fine chocolate meet a deep sherry sweetness. It is described as a powerful, sherry-led Highland malt.
